• Completed cryptocurrency transactions

• Incorrect wallet addresses submitted by users

• Transactions confirmed on public blockchain networks

• Market volatility or exchange rate fluctuations

• Delays caused by blockchain congestion

• Losses related to user error or wallet mismanagement

• Failures or interruptions caused by third-party service providers

Certain services accessible through DrorOne may be provided by third-party partners, including but not limited to:

• Cryptocurrency swap providers

• Fiat on-ramp and off-ramp providers

• Virtual card providers

• Blockchain infrastructure services

• Payment processing integrations

These providers may maintain independent refund, dispute, cancellation, or compliance policies. Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable policies of any third-party service used through the platform.

DrorOne reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, abuse of services, or violations of applicable laws and platform policies.

Users may be temporarily or permanently restricted from accessing certain services if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

Before confirming any transaction, users are solely responsible for verifying:

• Wallet addresses

• Blockchain network selection

• Transaction amounts

• Fees and confirmations

• Recipient details
